She applies techniques from the science of happiness, positive psychology, spirituality, positive philosophy, emotional intelligence, and energy management to help you overcome your problems and challenges. In these sessions, you will be encouraged to be honest with yourself so that together you both can work on understanding you and discovering your strengths. Honesty and mutual trust will be fundamental pieces for your progress, so Julissa, from day one, will work to create an environment of mutual respect and sincerity.

Julissa’s participation in the Clinical Focus Program, Proctor of Psychology of the Helping Relationship, Therapeutic Mentor, Volunteer in a Homeless and Addiction Rehabilitation Program and many other college experiences with Psychology Doctors from Towson University, have provided her with key knowledge and valuable experience in applying psychological principles for life coaching.

The perception of each challenge is what determines the quality of our experience. Many times, we assume its purpose, but, maybe, that presumption limits our learning.
